A person was critically injured overnight in a house fire in Long Beach, fire officials said. The Long Beach Fire Department was called to a home on the 4600 block of Goldfield Avenue around 12:30 a.m. Saturday, it said. There, a home was fully engulfed in smoke and fire conditions upon the crews’ arrival.
