JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - The owner of a South Jackson apartment complex being sued for failing to pay a $418,000 water bill says he’s looking forward to his day in court. Last week, JXN Water filed suit against Blossom Apartments LLC, weeks after the complex was shut off for nonpayment.
