Township asks Whitmer to oust treasurer for ‘misconduct and willful neglect of duty’
KALAMAZOO TOWNSHIP, MI — Kalamazoo Township officials are asking Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to remove Treasurer Sherine Miller from elected office. Kalamazoo Township’s Board of Trustees voted unanimously in support of a resolution to petition the governor on Friday, Feb. 20, citing “misconduct and willful neglect of duty.”
