A 19-year-old man has been extradited from Minnesota and was arraigned Tuesday on multiple charges connected to a shooting at a restaurant that injured five people.
Kalamazoo water and sewer rates increase again
The Kalamazoo City Commission voted unanimously on Monday to approve increases to sewer and water rates.
