KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Police released new details about a shooting along Roe Avenue. Overland Park police say two people in a vehicle were being followed in Kansas City, Mo., and entered Roe Avenue to get away. Police say a large number of shots were fired near 99th, 91st and Franklin Park along the popular street.
