A Davenport driver was arrested Oct. 30 after police say he cut a merging driver off on I-4 and failed to pull over in a traffic stop. Florida Highway Patrol said Jonathan Desroches was speeding up to 100 miles per hour and using the shoulder to pass stopped or slower moving traffic.
