KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Bands of snow will continue along and east of I-75 and especially south of I-40. The foothills and Smokies could see 6-12 inches. 3-6 inches is possible in Knox county. Temperatures will start in the teens to around 20 with wind chills near zero. Winds north 5-15 mph with higher gusts.
