Crime Stoppers tip helps Knoxville police arrest shooting suspect
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — The Knoxville Police Department said a Crime Stoppers tip helped officers locate and arrest a suspect in a shooting. KPD said Laron Revels, 18, was wanted for aggravated assault and reckless endangerment. Detectives say he fired the shots after a fight in the 2100 block of Mohawk Avenue on March 25.
