Rolling roadblocks to take place on Alcoa Highway until Friday, TDOT says
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Those driving on Alcoa Highway can expect to see traffic delays from Monday Oct. 13 through Friday, Oct. 17. TDOT said these delays are due to planned rolling roadblocks on Alcoa Highway between Woodson Drive and Cherokee Trail from 9 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day.
