ST. MARTINVILLE, La. (NEWS 15) — An Abbeville woman accused of charging more than $10,000 on someone else's bank account has been arrested, according to the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office. Shemeka Guilbeau, 25, of Abbeville, is charged with identity theft. She was released after posting a $20,000 bond.
