A 33-acre campground the northeast corner of Lafayette Parish has sold for $2.795 million. Tim and Katlyn Ayers of South Carolina closed on a deal recently to purchase Bayou Wilderness RV Campground, 201 Saint Clair Road, officials with Elifin Realty announced. An LLC registered to Timmy Landry was the seller.
