Authorities reported warrants have been issued for Savion Chavis, 21, of Church Point, stemming from an ongoing investigation into a home invasion shooting on Arceneaux Street on April 9.
The Cajun Table opens drive-thru crawfish location on Johnston Street
The Cajun Table is officially opening its new drive-thru-only crawfish concept. The new location, called “Boil and Go,” is at 6974 Johnston St., between Lafayette and Maurice and closer to the owners’ crawfish ponds, and will open Friday at 4 p.m. The site occupies the former B’s Poppa P’s building.
