A developer will soon begin construction on a 1.35 million-square-foot speculative warehouse in Polk County. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Tratt Properties will develop the warehouse as part of its 8.1 million-square-foot logistics park, Central Florida Integrated Logistics Park, in Winter Haven.
