OWOSSO, Mich. (WNEM) – A Shiawassee County community is celebrating the addition of new townhomes designed for low-to-moderate income families. A grand opening was held on Wednesday, May 6 for the Washington Park Townhomes in Owosso. The development adds a total of 16 new townhomes in an effort to bring more affordable housing to the area.
