LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - A portion of Jolly Road has been shut down due to an emergency water main repair. The Lansing Board of Water and Light announced the closure late Thursday afternoon. Westbound Jolly is closed between Pennsylvania Avenue and Cedar Street and it’s expected to last until Friday.
