LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A Silver Alert has been issued to find a 74-year-old man reported missing out of North Las Vegas. Police say Javier Barboza Casteneda was last seen around 5:25 p.m. Monday, March 2, inside a car in a parking lot in the 5500 block of Simmons Street, near Ann Road.
