LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Crime Stoppers is investigating a larceny case and hit-and-run case. On Nov. 11 around 3 p.m., the victim stopped at the Walgreens on 27th and Vine streets. She had her dog with her, a Jack Russell Terrier, and tied him to the sign outside while she went in the store.
