Officials identify man who drowned at Port of Catoosa
A 54-year-old man from Little Rock, Arkansas, drowned Monday evening at the Port of Catoosa after falling into the water at the Low Water Pier, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Authorities identified the victim as Tony Odell Reed and say his body was recovered shortly after crews began their search.
