Authorities ID man found on South Bay freeway embankment
LAWNDALE – A man whose body was discovered on an embankment off the San Diego (405) Freeway in Lawndale was positively identified Monday. Elmer Rodas Garcia, 51, died from a gunshot wound to the back in a homicide, according to the Medical Examiner’s office. His city of residence was not disclosed.
