LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A death investigation is underway after a woman was found suffering from medical issues Thursday morning on a Louisville street. At 9:04 a.m., LMPD First Division officers were dispatched to a report of a person down in the area of 26th Street and Muhammad Ali Boulevard.
