LOUISVILLE, Ky. — A moratorium that would have stopped all new rezonings for data center projects in Metro Louisville died in the Planning and Zoning Committee on Tuesday. The moratorium was the final item on Tuesday's agenda. Chair Andrew Owen, D-Clifton, said the committee was going to "hold" the item.
