LOUISVILLE, Ky. — An Ohio man is facing fraud charges after police say he impersonated an officer to scam a Kentucky woman out of money. It all began on Sept. 17 when authorities in Clay County said woman had been contacted by a man who told her she would be charged with crimes and was told to get money.
