LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A woman is in the Louisville Metro Department of Corrections after detectives were called to reports of a small child left on the streets. Officers were called out to W Oak Street Thursday for reports of a endangered child left in the stroller on the sidewalk.
