CRESTWOOD, Ky. — A tractor trailer is stuck on some railroad tracks in Oldham County. An Oldham County traffic alert went out just before 3:50 p.m. saying the roadway was blocked at Railroad Avenue at West Highway 146 in Crestwood, and that Railroad Avenue was closed due to a tractor trailer blocking the crossing.
