LUBBOCK, Texas - Lubbock County is scheduled to take more steps into a new era of the medical examiner’s office. Commissioners are expected to consider terminating a lease agreement with the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for the medical examiner building it has used for many years on the South Loop.
