Man sentenced to probation in fatal crash back in jail
LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) - A man who received probation for a crash that killed his passenger is back in jail. Zachary Peterson is accused of violating terms of that sentence. In 2021, Peterson was driving and crashed near 82nd and Frankford. William Wallace, 19, was a passenger and died at the scene.
