DUNWOODY, Ga. — A Kroger Marketplace with a gas station and pharmacy drive-thru planned at the former Walmart site near Perimeter Mall has cleared a major hurdle. The Dunwoody Planning Commission recommended accepting the store’s zoning requests May 12. Now, it’s up to the City Council to grant final approval.
