MEMPHIS, Tenn. — A significant amount of snow in the Memphis area is keeping drivers off the roadways and even damaging homes. A woman in Frayser said her car was nearly crushed when her carport collapsed under the weight of snow and ice. The carport collapsed right on top of the vehicle.
