PHOENIX — Police have identified the employee arrested in connection to a Queen Creek animal cruelty incident after two dogs reportedly died inside a hot car on Friday. Abraham De La Rosa, 40, was booked into Maricopa County Jail on two counts of animal cruelty, according to the Queen Creek Police Department.
