WEST ALLIS, Wis.– 53-year-old Craig Surdyk is charged with two felonies and two misdemeanors for breaking into a home and causing a 40 minute standoff with police. According to a criminal complaint, Surdyk allegedly broke into the home on South 76th Street by smashing the front window. He then smashed a television.
