MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (MMSD) is urging residents to limit their water use, to prevent sewer overflows. Right now, the Deep Tunnel is at 77% capacity, totaling 331 million gallons of waste water, waiting to be treated. With more rain in the forecast, and an already saturated ground, MMSD is asking people to help limit stresses on the wastewater treatment system.

ELM GROVE, Wis. - Elm Grove police say three suspects from Gurnee, Illinois are in custody, suspected in multiple burglaries in several southeast Wisconsin communities. It was back on Nov. 9, 2025, when Elm Grove Police responded to a forced-entry residential burglary. In that crime, a safe containing a firearm, jewelry, approximately $50,000 in cash and other valuables was stolen.

WISCONSIN — At least five tornadoes touched down on Tuesday during severe storms, the National Weather Service confirmed. NWS said an EF-2 tornado touched down in the Town of Lisbon, which is just north of Sussex, on April 14. It had maximum winds of 120 mph and traveled for 3.2 miles for a total of six minutes.
