A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting that killed a man early Tuesday in Minneapolis. Officers responded around 2:30 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a shooting inside a home on the 1600 block of Thomas Avenue North, where they found a man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
