Two men arrested in separate domestic violence cases in Mobile

MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Two men were jailed on domestic violence charges in separate incidents in Mobile late last week, police said. At about 4:30 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to the 7000 block of Ziegler Boulevard in reference to a domestic incident. Police said they discovered a female victim was physically assaulted by a known male subject. Ryan Phelan, 34, was arrested and transported to Metro Jail.
