Rape charge dropped against Mobile man
MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile County Prosecutors say they can not move forward with a rape charge against a Mobile man because they can not find the victim. Terrell Smith was in trial in August on charges that he sexually assaulted a little girl in the Tillman’s Corner area.
