MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile police arrested a 28-year-old man on charges related to a machine gun conversion device. Kelvin Barnes Jr. also faces a charge for disorderly conduct, according to police. Barnes remains in jail and is scheduled for arraignment Thursday.
