STOCKTON, Calif. — An East Bay man found dead inside a burning car last month in Stockton has been identified. Adrian Perez Lucas, 39, of Dublin, died Sept. 20, and his cause of death has not yet been determined, according to the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
