A series of four fires recently broke out at Stockton’s Emergency Food Bank, two of which were targeted arson, according to an organization official. The food bank, which has operated since 1968, provides free groceries to roughly 500 to 550 households daily, according to Jimmy Garza, director of warehouse operations.
