LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. — UPDATE: Joel Cespedes has been indicted on charges of Attempted Murder and Domestic Violence - Stalking in a February 2025 shooting on I-65 near the Alabama-Tennessee state line. He is due in court for an arraignment on the Domestic Violence charge on August 6, 2025.
