Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey on Wednesday signed a bill that will ban vaping in public places under the same law that bans smoking. The Alabama Clean Indoor Air Act, passed in 2003, prohibits smoking in most enclosed public spaces, including retail stores, restaurants, government buildings, shopping malls, elevators, hospitals, nursing homes, airports, banks, and others.
