MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The City of Myrtle Beach is honoring veterans and active-duty service members for the second year. The city, along with the Military Appreciation Committee, will begin accepting applications for its second annual military banner program. Applications open at noon for 125 spots in the program.
