Nashville mayor signs East Bend rezoning legislation into law

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - Mayor Freddie O’Connell signed the East Bend Rezoning legislation into law Thursday afternoon. The Wasioto Bend neighborhood, which developers plan to call the East Bend, will transform the area south of Nissan Stadium from a scrapyard into a residential area. The area will also include new parks, greenways and improved transit connections.
