One construction worker was killed and another was injured after a collision on the New Jersey Turnpike caused a chain-reaction in a construction zone, officials said. Mark Kmetz, 61, of Hillsborough, was pronounced dead at the scene less than a half-mile south of Exit 15X in Secaucus, State Police said.
