                    A New Jersey man has been sentenced to 25 years in state prison for shooting his former wife to death. Lucus Cooper, 41, of Jersey City will have to serve at least 85% of the sentence — 21 years, three months before he is eligible for parole, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said Friday.
