There are unconfirmed reports of a fatal shooting late last night on 13th Street and Avenue B. According to @ScooterCasterNY on X, police responded around 11:42 p.m. following a confrontation inside a deli that reportedly spilled out onto the street. Two men, both said to be 28, were shot.
