GLOUCESTER, Va. — A Gloucester man has been arrested and charged in connection with a series of shootings that targeted a vehicle and a tractor earlier this year. Travis Michael Parmley, 53, was charged with feloniously shooting at an occupied vehicle and two counts of reckless handling of a firearm.

According to the Chesapeake Police Department, officers served a search warrant in the 600 block of Greystone Lane on Nov. 20 in reference to an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The individual was arrested in connection to the warrant.

According to the Norfolk Police Department, the shooting took place in the 800 block of Fremont Street at around midnight on Nov. 22. A man was taken to the hospital with a non-life-threatening injury.
