An Academy for Discovery at Lakewood student fell from a school bus Monday, according to a statement sent to parents from Principal Romanda Hannigan. In an initial report, the student reportedly moved across seats while the bus was turning a corner and was thrown toward the rear door. The student then grabbed the exit door handle and fell from the bus.
