NORFOLK, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash is causing significant delays Monday morning along Interstate 64 in Norfolk, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation. The crash occurred on I-64 near Tidewater Drive. VDOT reports the westbound left shoulder, left lane, and center lane are currently closed as crews respond to the scene.
