Jury trial begins for man accused in death of Nebraska trooper
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The jury trial began Tuesday morning for the man charged in the death of Nebraska State Patrol Trooper Kyle McAcy. Thomas Jordan, 57, of Palmyra, is charged with a single count of misdemeanor motor vehicle homicide in Cass County Court. He pled not guilty to the charge in August 2025.
