Osceola County approves $22 million loan to expand convention center
OSCEOLA COUNTY, Fla. — Osceola County commissioners approved a resolution on Monday to expand the RIDA conference center in the ChampionsGate area. The county is using a $22.05 million loan for the construction project to build an extra 60,000-square-foot extension of the center, owned by the developer group RIDA.
