KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) - Multiple law enforcement departments teamed up over the weekend for operations in Midtown and the Crossroads. The Kansas City FOP Lodge 99 posted the results of the operations on their social media. The FOP Lodge posted the following outcomes after weekend enforcement:. 13 felony arrests.
