Maryvale HS stabbing suspect indicted for murder
A teen accused of stabbing another student to death at Maryvale High School is now facing more severe charges, as a grand jury indicted him for first degree murder. Previously, Chris Aguilar was accused of second-degree murder in connection with the death of Michael Montoya II.
